Will they re-print Michael Jackson’s book Moonwalk?

Anyone read Michael Jackson's book Moonwalk?

He is a tease in this book...he will tell you very detailed stories about his work life, his relationship with his family, his constant regret that he just didnt have the relationship with his father that he would have liked...but he was a tease when it came to him speaking about himself, he would let you in for so long, then he would close the box.

its funny....as i was reading the book...i could almost hear him talking...maybe its just me. what the book left me with was a wanting to know more, which is natural....and a genuine sorrow for this beautiful, talented, sensitive MAN. i think he saw his own potential, but he was afraid of it at the same time, because he feared that he would be rejected.

I was hoping the book would be a longer read, but even when taking my time, i read it in 3 evenings.

I’m sure they will re-print it. MJ’s death was huge, so I’m sure they will mass produce any sort of merchandise they can involving him, or just let people go chaotic over what merchandise is already out there. However, the latter doesn’t make them money, so it is fairly safe to say that they will probably re-print the book.

  4. Kay S Said,

I actually ordered a copy a day before his passing for $20. I was SO excited!! The next day when I heard of his death, I went crazy. They then sent me a message a day after his death basically refusing to send me my order. The price rose up to $400. I ignored the message because I knew they were forced to send it to me cause I had already placed my order. When I received the book, I sent them a letter, thanking them for nothing.
I received it on the day of his memorial. I’ve been reading a few pages a night ever since. I love that book. He was a good writer. I loved the way he expressed himself. It’s just in a great, positive manner. He made every aspect of his live seem like it was exciting, but if you read between the lines, you could feel the hurt. I’m still not done with the book, I mean, I could finish it all in one day if I wanted to, but I always want to save some for the next day.

They probably will reprint it, but don’t expect it to be as low as it was when it first came out. If you’re willing to spend on anything Michael Jackson, I have to say this is one that’s well worth the investment.

I also have his book "Dancing the dream: Poems and reflections". It’s really good. There are some very powerful messages in that book. Beautiful if you ask me. I’m proud to have been a Michael Jackson fan and to have owned his things before he passed.
